Initiation Fees

  • New Members: One-time $100 initiation fee (added to first year)
  • Second-Year Members: $50 final installment of the previously split initiation fee.
    (This applies only to members who paid $50 in their first year.)  

How to Join

You can register with our new online payment processor or by check and mail.

Option 1: Online Registration (Recommended)

Step 1: Review all policies, regulations, requirements, and liabilities.

Step 2: Read through the following instructions. Then select the proper membership link to complete, provided below.

Step 3: Complete all required fields carefully.
Be sure your phone number and email address are accurate — this is how we communicate important updates.

Step 4: When entering additional HOUSEHOLD members. Separate names and birthdates with commas.

Example: John Doe 1/1/21, Jane Doe 2/2/22, Tom Doe 3/3/23

If last names are the same as the primary member, they do not need to be repeated.

Step 5: After registering and submitting payment, email updated photos to: baldwinhillsswimclub@gmail.com

Subject line format:
“[Family Name] Photos”

Step 6: Follow us on Facebook for news, updates, and events.

NOTE: There is a convenience fee for using a credit card, but eCheck (electronic check) is free.
