1. Pool admittance is subject to dues payment.

2. The following TWO forms must be on file:

  • Membership Information and Health Update Form
  • Member Dues Invoice/Payment

4. Members are immediate family or individuals who reside at the member address. No admittance without a picture of family/individual members on file. Pictures must be no more than two years old. A picture must be on file for each person on your membership.

5. Neighbors or friends/relatives living close-by cannot be defined as guests (this practice undermines membership as local residents have the option of becoming members.

6. Child Care providers may be registered for occasions when no adult family member is at the pool. A guest fee will be due for the care provider if an adult family member is present.

7. Guest Fees: Individual guest passes cost $5 for Mon-Fri and $10 for Sat-Sun and Holidays, and guest passes can be purchased in advance here: https://baldwinhillsswimclub.square.site. Paid, but unused guest passes will carry over year to year. A record of paid guest passes and usage is maintained at the pool.

8. Sign in with your first and last name upon arrival to the pool. A record of who is present is necessary to contact family, host members, or for emergency response personnel.

9. The host is to sign in each guest in the Guest Sign-In binder and inform the guard of guests. Names are needed to enforce the “Members Only” policy, for fee collection, and to manage guests through host members. Members must be present with guest(s) and are responsible for their guest’s compliance with pool rules. No guest may sign in on your membership if you are not at the pool.
