- Pool admittance is subject to dues payment and membership information submission
- To validate membership, every member must be a Certified Member.
- The Certified member fee is $100, paid as an initiation fee in the first year of membership starting in 2026 (only one fee required per family/address)
- Child care providers may be registered for pool access when no adult family member is present; a guest fee applies if an adult family member is present
- Members are immediate family or individuals who reside at the member address. No admittance without a picture of family/individual members on file. A picture must be on file for each person on your membership.
- Guest Fees: Individual guest passes cost $5 for Mon-Fri and $10 for Sat-Sun and Holidays, and guest passes can be purchased in advance here: https://baldwinhillsswimclub.square.site.
- Sign in with your first and last name upon arrival to the pool. A record of who is present is necessary to contact family, host members, or for emergency response personnel.
- The host is to sign in each guest in the Guest Sign-In binder and inform the guard of guests. Names are needed to enforce the “Members Only” policy, for fee collection, and to manage guests through host members. Members must be present with guest(s) and are responsible for their guest’s compliance with pool rules. No guest may sign in on your membership if you are not at the pool.

- Members acknowledge that pool activities involve inherent risks.
- Members assume all risks associated with pool use, including drowning, slips, falls, injuries.
- Members release, hold harmless, and indemnify Baldwin Hills Swim Club, its officers, staff, and lifeguards from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from use of the facilities.
- Compliance with pool rules and lifeguard instructions is mandatory for safety.
